JOB SCOPE:

• Gain a solid understanding of RingCentral's entire Self-Service Ecosystem
• Learn the basics of AI and Machine Learning and apply those concepts to Search and Bot conversations
• Train and Build Chatbot intents that address customer problems and questions
• Become proficient with regard to analyzing both bot, and search data to identify areas of opportunity for improving content, search functionality and bot behavior

• Freshman and Sophomores students need not apply.
• Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets experience helpful
• Basic IT skills: Understanding/learning very basic HTML and PC file structure as it relates to hyperlinks and standard web pages
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Ability to learn basic SEO concepts
• Desire to learn AI and Machine learning systems which apply to chatbot and search platforms
• Leverage this technology in creative ways to improve customer experiences and gain efficiencies in the GSS department

LEARNING SKILLS/OUTCOMES:

• Ability to analyze data and determine appropriate action to improve content, search, or bot functionality
• Ability to build and tune chatbot intent

AVAILABILITY:

• Full-time [10-week internship]
• Must be available to start either June 8th, 2021 or June 15th, 2021
