Purpose and Objective

SAP MaxAttention is the highest level of engagement from SAP Digital Business Services focusing on end-end coverage across all solutions & platforms and acceleration of the customers’ transformation journey. With the many changes that have occurred within the SAP Portfolio, the dynamics of the industry, and technology and business disruption, it is necessary to reestablish the Global MaxAttention engagement as end to end, incorporating new services, an enhanced approach and global best practices for our MaxAttention customers.

Expectations and Tasks

• Support global alignment (at the Regional VP Level and Line of Service VP level): Weekly and bi-weekly calls will require preparation and follow-up work, including call for content, setting the agenda, taking notes, and following up on action items
• Support the creation, maintenance, roll out and adoption of Business Growth Planning for each region.
• Support the creation, maintenance, roll out and adoption of global governance, policy, portfolio and operating models
• Support the creation of internal customer stories that can be leveraged globally
• Support the design and roll out of a global MaxAttention enablement program for sales
• Maintain tools, files and jam sites for all of the above as needed
• Support creation of marketing collateral, talk tracks, and objection handling material

Education and Qualifications

• BA or BS in-hand or in his or her junior or senior year of a BA or BS program.
• Strong diplomacy skills and politically savvy; ability to socialize and work with multiple cultures
• Exceptional English and communication skills, both written and spoken
• Highly motivated and able to perform and work effectively both in the early morning and late evening hours as needed for global calls (potentially multiple three 6AM EST calls and / or 10PM calls a week)
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong skills and broad experience with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PPT
