Do you have a Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, business informatics or a related field from an accredited university?

Are you looking for a challenge that will bring you to the next level?

Join us and kick-start your career in our Intelligent Enterprise Group (IEG) Board Area!

The Intelligent Enterprise Group drives SAP’s continuous innovation journey by streamlining and rethinking SAP’s internal processes and systems. IEG orchestrates simplification at SAP by renovating key business processes to match the company’s cloud and platform strategy. Our mandate is to turn SAP into an Intelligent Enterprise with highly automated & scalable business processes along SAP’s value chain from Innovate through Sales Operations to Quality and Renewal.

During this 12-month trainee program, you will gain insights into the different areas of the Intelligent Enterprise Group. In three rotations, you will work primarily in the fields of Process & Governance, Technology & Platform, and Innovation to support the teams in simplifying processes. You will join teams across our organization like e.g. IT, Analytics, or Sales Operations. One of the rotations will be in an SAP subsidiary abroad. Throughout the year, you’ll get a deep understanding of the internal end-user needs via several shadowing assignments in project-relevant business units and through dedicated user empathy training. As a strong bonus point of the program, we provide you with continuous on-the-job and classroom training, an action learning trip to an innovation hub and a dedicated buddy. Thereby, we assure that you keep on developing yourself. After successful completion of the program, you will join one of the teams in the IEG unit matching your skills and interests.

The official start date of the IEG trainee program is February 1, 2020.
