This member of the Paycom marketing team will assist in the development of memorable and impactful graphic design for both printed and electronic media.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Employ computer software to design digital or print versions of advertisements, brochures, slicks, posters, magazines, newsletters and other publications.
• Submit rough drafts for approval.
• Make changes to mock-ups, drafts and existing material.
• Revise existing material to bring up to current graphic standards.
• Follow branding guidelines and templates to ensure consistent corporate identity.
• Assist with management of creative filing systems.
• Participate in brainstorming and/or planning meetings with the Creative Service team and/or other Paycom employees.

Education/Certification:

• Currently enrolled and pursuing degree in relevant field.

Experience Required:

• Previous design work is a plus.

SKILLS/ABILITIES

Design and layout skills, proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) to produce press-ready art. Creativity, flexibility, punctuality and attention to detail are preferred.
