    EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

    • We are looking for fast-learners with strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter, ‘can-do’ attitude. This program will require the ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment, flexibility, and multi-tasking. You are expected to move into different roles as required and to be comfortable working with ambiguity throughout.
    • Your tasks will vary from operational to conceptual, including basic project management, consulting or facilitating as required during the rotation phases.

  • Qualifications

    EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    • A Bachelor’s or preferred Master’s degree in an HR-related discipline
    • Excellent communications skills in English
    • Creative and innovative thinking
    • Open-mindedness and team player attitude
    • Results-oriented, analytical problem-solving and deductive reasoning skills
    • Ability to understand and interpret data sets; statistics knowledge is a plus
    • High service orientation towards internal customers – our SAP employees

    WORK EXPERIENCE

    Ideally, prior HR experience as an intern with SAP with not more than 3 years of professional experience.
