    THE OPPORTUNITY

    As the HRIS and HR Analyst at Xactly Corporation, you'll learn from some of the best and brightest HR and IT professionals in the SaaS space. You will have the opportunity to leverage your skills in both the technical and strategic domains within HR. You will learn to support, troubleshoot, and train others on internal systems including Workday, Xactly Objectives (bonus tool), Hirebridge (Applicant Tracking System), Lessonly/Docebo (Learning Management Systems), and Glint (Employee Engagement Platform). HR Data Analytics are an important part of our business and our culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you will partner with IT, HR, and Finance employees to understand requirements, develop efficient data gathering processes, and display metrics for executive leadership, our parent company, and the Board of Directors. You will utilize your project management skills by leading enhancements to any of our existing programs or processes and ensuring data analytics are prepared on time. We have many exciting projects that combine knowledge of HR and technical/analytical skills.

    THE TEAM

    Xactly's Human Resources department is a tight-knit team with diverse backgrounds. Our department includes early, middle, and senior professionals with a variety of locations and functional expertise represented. We're charged with bringing progressive, creative and impactful HR strategies to the Company.

  • Qualifications

    THE SKILL SET:

    • 3-5 years of total experience in a Human Resources, and/or HRIS/systems role (Workday systems experience is a big plus)
    • Excellent attention to detail and data integrity, with respect for confidentiality
    • Excellent analytical, reporting, and Excel skills
    • Ability to partner with all levels of employees and leaders (a people person who can talk technology)
    • Strong project management and problem solving skills
    • Ability to work independently but also enjoys working with teams towards a common goal
    • Customer service orientation with a desire to exceed expectations
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

    WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL

    • Get your bearings and begin to build a strong foundation, upon which to grow
    • Build relationships with internal business partners including Compensation, Finance, Payroll and IT
    • Gain a basic understanding of the tools/systems used within Human Resources
    • Gain a basic understanding the organization structure

    WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU'LL

    • Have a strong understanding of the business, and begin teaching us a thing or two we don't know
    • Be able to run data analytics reports in preparation for summary presentations
    • Ask critical questions about current processes and make recommendations on process improvements
    • Contribute to process documentation
    • Be able to respond to basic ad hoc reporting or data requests (demonstrating use of an internal ticketing system in the process)

    WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU'LL

    • Begin to implement the vision for change/impact that you have been developing over the past 6 months
    • Take on larger role in supporting our tools, analytics and technical projects
    • Take a deeper dive into Workday functionality (joining Workday Community, supporting system releases and updates, testing new features, etc.)

    WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL

    • Be seen as a well-versed, trusted business-advisor and expert, making a significant positive impact company-wide
