Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Implementations Intern to join our client services team and work with our customers to help set up their clinical trials on our software platform.

• You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and translate those needs into clinical study protocols in OpenClinica.
• You will educate and train users on best practices for study design, and will deliver study-specific training.
• You will learn the field of clinical trials and see how new medicines, devices, and other treatments are developed.
• You will learn how to communicate effectively with customers across a wide variety of situations and geographies.

About you:

• Computer Science or Technical Degree is NOT required for this position
• You DON’T need to be a computer science major, but you DO need to be familiar with technologies like HTML, JAVA, SQL, and Linux.
• You DO need to have an interest in Healthcare; and having a background in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Healthcare is helpful.
• You DO need to enjoy talking to people, be great at listening, and enjoy building relationships.
• You DO need to be curious and enjoy solving puzzles, building things, or just want to know how things work.
