Human Resources Manager
Position description:
Open Dealer Exchange (ODE), an affiliate of Reynolds & Reynolds, is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Farmington Hills, MI. The Human Resources Manager will be a key member of the leadership team. You will oversee all aspects of Human Resources including employee engagement, compliance, benefits administration, onboarding, off boarding, and more. The Human Resources Manager will help to build, improve, and maintain scalable processes. You will understand the importance of a highly satisfied, happy, and well-supported workforce and will be a champion of our culture.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, documentation, and improvement of processes, procedures, and policies
Collaborate on and manage companywide HR projects and initiatives
Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resources and talent strategies
Analyze trends in compensation/benefits and research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
Be subject matter expert in HRIS and payroll, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 2+ years of Human Resources management experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and working in an environment which requires flexibility. Thorough knowledge of HR procedures, policy and Federal, State, and Local laws. Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving aptitude. Experience with robust HRIS, like Paylocity, or similar HRIS and Microsoft Suite
