PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Our SALES SOLUTIONS TEAM is responsible for the End-to-End solution delivery supporting SAP’s core Sales Deal Execution business processes closely interacting with the respective LoB Global Customer Organization (GCO). Here we act as the Business’ trusted advisor and expert, driving together the simplification of business processes based on a user-centric approach.

You can work on a wide variety of projects – cloud applications, user experience, operational support, new development and implementation of new innovative technology. You can be part of IT teams who showcase SAP as the company’s first and best reference customer through The Best Run SAP program and close collaboration and co-innovation with our SAP standard development organization.

We are looking for bright minds to participate and contribute their great ideas through co-innovation and solution implementation projects empowered through SAP’s cutting-edge technologies to enable SAP as the digital enterprise. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Within our IT unit to enable best in class IT solutions for our Sales Solutions business processes you will:

• Establish and introduce tools for automation of software development as part of the overall software development and operations lifecycle
• Deliver customization for cloud based software, based on business requirements.
• Modernize engineering practices with the help of continuous integration, continuous deployment and continuous monitoring methods and tools
• Focus on Automation of maintenance, and automation of testing scenarios.
• Drive continuous improvement of IT Solution and Service quality with focus on stability, usability, maintainability and ultimately customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Graduate in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proficiency in agile software development leveraging continuous testing & integration and the corresponding automation toolsets, such as (Jira, GitHub, Jenkins integrated with API and unit testing tools)
• Practical knowledge of Iron Python is must.
• Quick Learner, passionate, motivated and self-managed.
• Experience in agile project delivery (Scrum, Kanban etc.) connected with End-User Centricity.
• Ability to work in an international, virtual and highly diverse team.
• Excellent English skills.
• Practical implementation of Callidus CPQ solution is a must.
• Practical experience with SQL.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Ideally 2 to 3 years of working experience as a software developer or DevOps engineer.
• Ability to work well in an international, virtual and highly diverse team as well as independently and have a positive self-motivated can-do attitude
• Experience working in an Agile development environment. SAFE methodology.
• Ability to deliver in the set timeframe.
