What is SAP iXp?

What you’ll do:

Be ready to learn and support tasks related to information security projects within the highly collaborative information security team. Potential function assignments include:

  • Securing corporate data and learn to proactively prevent data theft and data loss while simultaneously understanding the processes around how to monitor for data loss using cutting edge tools and technologies.
  • Plan and implement activities around user account management, resource provisioning, revocation of access, etc.
  • Threat and risk analysis and effective monitoring of new and upcoming threats and vulnerabilities

The information security team is a highly diverse and collaborative team with team members working at locations across the US, Europe and India. The team is focused on minimizing security risk to the organization and reducing the impact of security vulnerabilities while ensuring we are in compliance with standards and requirements from various regulatory bodies. The role will introduce you to the highly lucrative information security field in a corporate environment. You will research new and upcoming threats, build tools to mitigate these threats and work with the team in driving the strategy for reducing our attack surface.

Expected start date to end date: June 11, 2018 – August 17, 2018


We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Position requirements:

  • Currently enrolled or less than six months from graduating from a Information Security, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering program
  • Energetic, willing and motivated to learn
  • Exposure and experience in information security tools and technologies
