    About the role:

    The Information Systems Analyst will be on the Information Security team and focus on handling IT Security, Continuous Monitoring, and IT Compliance activities. The position objective is to support the operations of the Information Security department.

    This role corresponds with the Information Security function but is closely aligned with other corporate functions such as Human Resources, Compliance and Information Technology, and may involve liaison with third party suppliers of materials and services. High level communication skills are essential to successfully translate technology and requirements into business terms.

    Your efforts will help ensure the privacy and security of our data, enabling us to continue solving unique and complex challenges in healthcare on a scale matched by few companies.

    • Audit Management: Facilitate the audit process, including assist with the collection and storage of data calls.
    • Security Training Administrator: Assign training to new hires and employees and ensure all employees have met their training requirements by the specified deadlines.
    • Security Awareness: Draft communications relevant to emerging security threats and conduct quarterly security awareness campaigns.
    • Access management: Assist with the enforcement of Logical Access Management standards by processing Privileged Access Requests and reviewing monthly account reports.
    • Physical Access Management: Manage the security of the corporate offices. Assist with the creation, issuance, and handling of access badges.
    • Security Monitoring: Review security reports and logs to detect anomalous activity.
    • Incident / Security Issue Management: Document and track security issues using an enterprise ticketing tool.
    • Vulnerability Management: Review vulnerability scan results and work with stakeholders to drive patching efforts.

    • Undergraduate degree
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities cross-functionally
    • Understanding of IT concepts, such as operating systems and network devices
    • Understanding of IT Security concepts, policies, standards and procedures
    • Understanding of information systems, IS Governance, and healthcare business processes and regulations preferred

    Physical Requirements:

    • 90% Desk/phone work
    • 10% Standing/moving throughout the office
