    Overview

    The DrFirst Inside Sales Team is the primary point of contact for small to midsized physician groups, small Hospitals, and ambulatory Medical Clinics. This highly dynamic and solution- focused group is expected to hit the phones on a daily basis, direct call, cold call, respond to inbound leads, demo our solutions, and close the deal to convert new users.

    Responsibilities:

    • Networking: You will create a network of providers on DrFirst’s mobility platform to create virality and build community affect.
    • Learning: You will continue to develop a robust industry knowledge and build successful challenger techniques. You will also understand the internal processes and on-boarding of new clients to assist with the implementation of iPrescribe and continue to learn about EMR & other related, new business landscapes to effectively promote iPrescribe.
    • Educating: You will educate current and prospective clients on the healthcare landscape around e-prescribing and increasing mandates in addition to breaking though previous EMR boundaries to educate new provider bases on iPrescribe and the ever-changing dynamic of mobile e-prescribing. You will also present DrFirst and yourself as ‘thought leaders’ around the Opioid crisis and how iPrescribe can effectively combat it.
    • Managing: You will manage the sales life cycle including: lead generation, building pipeline, accurate forecasting, product demos, implementation, etc. You will also think creatively and outside of the box to help increase sales momentum and opportunities.

  • Qualifications
    • Four (4) year College degree or one to two (1-2) years of direct sales experience
    • Basic understanding of industry around e-prescribing and mandates
    • Proven track record of success in sales and/or achievements in a sales related position
    • Ability to promote, sell, and close a software solution over the phone while reflecting a high comfort level in speaking with clients
    • Ability to successfully generate leads and understand clients’ needs
    • Ability to be dynamic and flexible in interactions and approaches
    • Willingness to constantly learn and keep yourself updated
    • Winning and dedicated attitude; come to work every day with your A-game!
