PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

Provide Operational Support for Autism at Work program in the U.S.

EXPECTATION AND TASKS

• Support in the development and delivery of the SAP autism at Work Enterprise readiness academy training.
• Partner with Total rewards organization in the delivery of scalable support structures for employees in the autism spectrum.
• Liaison to 3rd party non-profit organizations who support SAP autism at Work program
• Miscellaneous operational activities related to Autism at Work program

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• Proficient in delivering professional training for individuals in the autism spectrum
• Proficient in the provisioning of accommodations for employees in the autism spectrum
• Formal coursework/training in autism and strategies to support individuals with autism
• Experience in helping design sustainability programs for people with autism in an enterprise environment

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate in Psychology or related field.
• Graduate School student with focus on studies in Autism or related field.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years of experience delivering professional training for candidates in the autism spectrum
• 3 or more years of experience working with individuals in the autism spectrum in an enterprise setting
