Purpose & Objective of Position

To provide the BTS team with general support services while learning about SAP’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and related enterprise applications through online classes, self-led learning modules, and on-site training opportunities.

Expectations & Tasks

• Generation of reports
• Management of training events
• Note-taking on client engagements
• Support to Sr. Consultants on deliverables
• Creation and management of Jam page (internal, informational website)
• Client research
• Participation in team events and weekly calls
• Involvement in various BTS projects as needed
• Training on SAP products and services

• Experience in MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel

Educational Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program [Bachelors, Masters, PhD] that is applicable to the role of this internship
