    PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

    The mission of Global Post Sales Operations (GPSO) as part of the board area Global Business Operations (GBO) is to ensure a seamless post-sales experience for all customers across all Lines of Business, spanning all the way from entitlement to renewal and based on the proven Franchise for Success methodology. Key objectives are the simplification and harmonization of post-sales processes and systems in close alignment with SAP’s development, sales, and support teams. In addition, GPSO comprises On-Premise Renewal, the SAP Cloud Trust Center as well as the entire Business Operations units across all Digital Business Services (DBS) regions, supporting all operations-related activities and acting as trusted advisors to the business.

    The Cloud Operations Trust Center team drives programs and tools for cloud availability communication and transparency on how SAP runs in the cloud.

     

    EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

    Tasks will include:

    • Support development and implementation of outage communication strategy, corresponding templates and support of documents
    • Support communication to ensure professional customer outage care during cloud downtime situation
    • Create communication content for internal executives, employee communities and SAP customers
    • Support translating crisis situations into communication actions
    • Cross-organizational communication with stakeholders 
    • Ensure emergency notifications are managed timely and effectively 
    • Content and customer feedback evaluation 
    • Support customer relationship management
    • Independent takeover of tasks
  • Qualifications
    • Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
    • Preferred fields of study: business management, communication, business computer science, or a related field
    • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and willingness to learn new applications
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
    • Willing to work in an international setup
    • Reporting and analytical capabilities, flexibility and focus on results
    • Proactive and self-dependent working style, goal-orientation and affinity to structure
    • Soft Skills: Open-minded personality and a solution based approach to problem solving, enthusiasm, team-orientation, creativity and flexibility
    • Digital Native
