    PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

    The GDIO Reputation Management intern will be deeply involved in helping to craft and execute a marketing communications strategy for SAP’s Global Diversity & Inclusion Office.   Responsibilities will include:

    • Creation of both internal and external content – writing blogs and people stories, preparing award entries, and crafting talking points
    • Manage GDIO Jam group 
    • Update content in communications toolkit on Jam - quarterly
    • Monitor and update content on corporate portal and Web site – monthly
    • Help with the creation of videos, one pagers, and infographics

    EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

    • The successful candidate will be based in SAP’s North America headquarters in Newtown Square and will report to the Reputation Management lead.

    SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

    • Exceptional oral and written communications skills – possible writing test
    • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker who can bring new ideas
    • Open-minded with bias for action and execution
    • Can work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Effective at multi-tasking

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Preference to recent graduates of communications programs. Candidate should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing communications.
