    PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE:

    SAP Mission Critical Support (MCS), a subdivision of SAP Digital Business Services, has the objective to safeguard customers encountering critical situations.

    EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

    For this role, we are looking for passionate people with a strong business sense and great communication skills. This role provides you opportunities to gain deep insight into the actual operation of a world class support organization.

    During the internship, you would work with the escalation managers to streamline and consolidate written communication and documentation.

    EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
    • Attention to detail is required
    • Analytical, logical mindset required
    • Ability to process content from different sources and identify conflicting statements
    • Legal language exposure is an advantage
    • Major in communication and/or law
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products is required for this role

    LOCATION AND DURATION:

    Onsite in Newtown Square, PA for 6 months or more starting in November 2018.
