    PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

    The Birmingham Delivery Center architects how SAP Sales Cloud software will be implemented for our customers in North America, ultimately providing services solutioning, implementation, architecture, project management, and quality assurance for SAP project delivery. We guide our customers - in partnership with colleagues from our sales teams – in how to best deliver Sales Cloud software to have the greatest business impact and long-term success. As an intern, you’ll work directly with our implementation team which will allow you to gain deep insight into the Birmingham Delivery Center’s tasks and operations. You may be directly responsible for a specific deliverable or collaborate with other team members to produce multiple deliverables across one or more of these services. In addition, you may find yourself supporting our high-performance team of consultants and architects in how to deliver the highest possible time-to-value ratio, so that our customers can recognize the value of the solutions purchased as quickly as possible. Our primary goal is to help our customers RUN BETTER.

    EXPECTATION AND TASKS

    • Work under the leadership of the team managers to produce assigned deliverables for one or more of our implementation groups, meeting deadlines with high quality and innovative output.
    • Foster a team atmosphere of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
    • Support data analysis and reporting requests, from conducting data maintenance to cleansing and structuring, to building management reports. 
    • Create, modify, and improve portfolio-based standards while assisting in the creation of new internal concepts and processes.
    • Support our team in implementation, operations, and enablement.
    • Disrupt established thinking and innovate processes, procedures, and operations.
  • Qualifications

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Preferred to have a bachelor’s degree or in process of getting a bachelor’s degree (student intern)

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Strong academic performance
    • Enthusiastic, self-motivated learner, with a willingness to research topics and formulate own opinions
    • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
    • Preferred Majors/Minors: Information Systems, Business Systems & Analytics, Computer Science, or other relevant technical or science degree
