  • Responsibilities

    PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

    The purpose of this position is to support building & maintaining standard assets, which can be made available on the Procurement Presales Solution Hub (PSH) and thereby support the Presales in their daily work. 

    The objective is to build out more available assets that can be accessed easily by any member of the hub or other colleagues in our Procurement eco-system.

    EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

    Candidate will work closely with the Presales Solution Hub lead, who are responsible for assigning tasks, priorities and deadlines.  

    The tasks are as follows: 

    • Drive, create and maintain assets for Procurement PSH like  
      • Powerpoints, Golden Demos
      • Best Run Experience assests 
      • Videos using tools like Consenus, Camtasia, IRIS & SAP Mediashare   
      • Offline demos using tools like Invisions and/or SAP Enable Now
      • Internal & external links relevant for the Hub

       

    • Drive, create and build a Chatbot in JAM
  • Qualifications

    SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

    • The candidate is expected to be enterprising, inquisitive, knowledgeable and self-driven

    Qualifications 

    • The candidate must be good at using Microsoft Office especially Powerpoint, as well as video editing tools
