    CONTRACT DURATION: 6 MONTHS CONTRACT HOURS: FULL-TIME, 40 HOURS/WEEK ANTICIPATED START DATE: FEBRUARY 2020 OFFICE LOCATION: NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE

    SAP MaxAttention is the highest level of engagement available from SAP Digital Business Services. Focusing on SAP’s largest and most strategic customers, SAP MaxAttention is offered as a long-term strategic engagement providing end to end coverage across all solutions, across the entire lifecycle, and across all deployment options and platforms. The SAP MaxAttention engagement accelerates both the customers’ digital journey as well as adoption of SAP Solutions.

    The Global SAP MaxAttention and Premium Success organization is responsible for multiple aspects of SAP MaxAttention, SAP ActiveAttention, and SAP Value Assurance.

    EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

    For this role, we are looking for passionate, self-managed individuals with a strong business sense and excellent communication skills. During this internship, you will work virtually with multiple teams around the globe, supporting several managers and directors in the following ways:

    • Support SAP MaxAttention Accelerated Support:
      • Manage and maintain content and design of an internal SAP MaxAttention Accelerated Support website, wiki or Jam-site
      • Create internal and customer-facing marketing material and value propositions for SAP MaxAttention Accelerated Support
      • Develop and execute reporting on SAP MaxAttention Accelerated Support services; conduct analysis, and provide administrative reporting support as needed
      • Support business operations for SAP MaxAttention Accelerated Support and maintain assigned project plans & execution of tasks as needed
    • Support SAP MaxAttention expansion and awareness via tools for SAP Services Sales
      • Support the development team in developing, building and maintaining the following tools for SAP services sales individuals selling SAP MaxAttention:
        • Customer Proposal, Pod-Cast and Asset Navigator
        • Digital Asset Library content organization and maintenance
        • Know To Sell Mobile App
      • Additional programs and initiatives supported may include, but are not limited to, developing customer target lists, developing and updating demand-generation event plans, ecosystem awareness campaign time-lines and status reports
    • Provide general support to the Global SAP MaxAttention Team:
      • Customer / contract maintenance in excel; includes v-look-ups and pivot tables
      • CRM Analysis and support
      • Delivery insights Dashboard support
      • File Maintenance- excel mostly / SharePoint
      • Meeting recordings and attendance tracking
      • Action Item status and basic Support for Chief of Staff and COO activities
      • SAP MaxAttention Event Support
      • Team meeting Agendas & Notes
      • Global Max Team Internship Documentation
      • Supporting on-site meetings and remote conference calls (action item capture and follow up, meeting notes, and meeting logistics)
      • Creating and providing reports as needed
      • Providing administrative support as needed
      • Executing other day to day tasks as needed

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience with mobile app development and maintenance, data structures, platforms
    • Highly experienced in, and expertise with, MS Office, Excel, Word, Teams and PPT
    • Absolute English excellence
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
    • Solid business acumen and business understanding
    • Ability to process content from different sources and identify conflicting statements
    • Highly motivated and committed to achieve excellent internal customer and team satisfaction
    • Strong work ethic, team player, self-directed contributor
    • Ability to research a topic and learn a new skill
    • Ability and willingness to perform and work effectively across multiple cultures and time zones; (potentially a few 7AM EST calls and / or 10PM calls each month)
    • Enjoys learning new skills, meeting new people, and having fun at work
    • Enjoys working as part of a team, as well as independently
    • Enjoys a dynamic environment where change occurs on a regular daily basis
