EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Support in administrative and project management activities; the focus here is on our activities with SAP’s ecosystem
• Break down complex, large-scale projects into actionable milestones and help follow through with these
• Establish governance and processes within new and existing workstreams
• Engage and collaborate with internal teams across various board areas and with partners to support driving various projects
• Support a highly motivated and agile team in their day-to-day business and become accountable for your own deliverables early on

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for a passionate and energetic professional; someone who is highly collaborative, detail oriented and knows how to get work done as an individual contributor and in a team. Ideal candidates will possess a strong business acumen within the software industry and understand how crucial the ecosystem is for a technology player. 

• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of business priorities, with a proven ability to learn on the job and work independently
• Currently enrolled or a recent graduate with major in computer science, related technical field, business administration, or equivalent practical experience
• Interest in a combination of technology, human factors, and business
• Strong desire to learn and work as part of a team
• Ability to understand technology partner landscape and to translate complex technical ideas into user-friendly communications and instructions
• Diplomacy and communication, especially listening, are critical success factors
• Ability to influence and drive consensus and collaboration
• Comfort with navigating and working within a complex and geographically dispersed matrix organization.
• The preferred candidate will also have international experience and/or a practical understanding of cultural issues
