PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
This internship program is designed to develop and retain early talents by working on impactful projects and supporting colleagues in customer facing positions within the SAP Preferred Success Organization. The mission of the SAP Preferred Success Organization is to consistently deliver scalable, superior foundational, and premium support experiences that drive adoption, help customers achieve goals, and maximize business value. Our vision is to help customers achieve sustainable business success by driving business outcomes.
In this role, the intern will engage with North America leadership and Customer Success Managers and will have the opportunity to develop their engagement skills, business etiquette, and gain SAP customer and product knowledge. This intern will also learn how Customer Success Managers deliver Preferred Success and drive value and business outcomes for our customers.
