  • Responsibilities

    PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

    This internship program is designed to develop and retain early talents by working on impactful projects and supporting colleagues in customer facing positions within the SAP Preferred Success Organization. The mission of the SAP Preferred Success Organization is to consistently deliver scalable, superior foundational, and premium support experiences that drive adoption, help customers achieve goals, and maximize business value. Our vision is to help customers achieve sustainable business success by driving business outcomes.

    In this role, the intern will engage with North America leadership and Customer Success Managers and will have the opportunity to develop their engagement skills, business etiquette, and gain SAP customer and product knowledge. This intern will also learn how Customer Success Managers deliver Preferred Success and drive value and business outcomes for our customers.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Aid in the increased adoption and retention of cloud subscriptions and promote SAP Preferred Success
    • Learn and be mentored to feel confident to drive Customer Success in the future
    • Actively contribute in the collection and management of metrics to be used by leadership to drive SAP Preferred Success
    • Manage and review incoming CSM delivery requests in a timely manner, ensuring excellent levels of service & take appropriate actions
    • Proactively identify critical customer situations and assist CSMs with driving resolution
    • Participate in engagement review sessions with the assigned teams to better understand our customers’ business goals and to better understand our internal customer success practices
    • Participate with functional experts in building content, learning and adoption journeys for both internal and external stakeholders
    • Update as requested appropriate delivery content to JAM for the consumption of the CSM team and its stakeholders
  • Qualifications

    SKILL / COMPETENCIES

    • 2-3 year’s work experience in a corporate environment, ideally in customer-facing roles
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Ability to analyze data, identify trends and solve problems; anticipate and manage project expectations and risks
    • Presentation skills to present problems and solutions effectively to colleagues
    • Creative and self-motivated problem solver
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Positive attitude
    • Displays a passion for what you do and a drive to improve
    • Displays personal & corporate integrity
    • Meet professional standards for attendance and punctuality

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Working towards a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and/or Communications, Finance, Liberal Arts, Operations
