As part of Product Engineering, the Global Cloud Services team is SAP's Cloud Infrastructure provider and is responsible for running SAP’s backend technology including operations of state-of-the-art data centers around the globe. Global Cloud Services unit acts in a shared services mode for internal SAP customers across all Board Areas is one important pillar of SAP’s cloud strategy.

The Data Center Management unit within Global Cloud Services is the shared service unit providing services within all SAP’s Data Centers: 7x24 Operation center, IMAC-D services, hardware maintenance, asset management, supplier coordination.

We are looking for a Intern to support the team improving the reporting and data quality for our Data Center locations on a global level. If you are interested in taking over small projects, handling new process implementations or changes, we will help you finding the most suitable topics for you.

EXPECTATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Be curious and willing to learn about Data Center Management
• Ability to communicate and work in a multi-cultural environment
• Advanced Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Organizational and analytical skills
