    CONTRACT DURATION: 6 MONTHS

     

    CONTRACT HOURS: 20 TO 40 HOURS/WEEK

     

    ANTICIPATED START DATE: JANUARY 2021

     

    OFFICE LOCATION: NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA

     

    POSITION OVERVIEW:

     

    The Data Coordinator reports directly to GRF CAP (Commercial, Administration, Projects) department in the Americas Region. Candidate is responsible for managing and consolidating internal data related to occupancy, real estate and other relevant data to support the department.  Data coordinator will summarize and report findings to all relevant parties.

     

    Candidate will align with GRF Projects and Planning, local GRF coordinators, GRF management and other SAP departments to obtain data and work on assignments.

     

    Candidate will need to maneuver within our large organizational structure with multiple Latin countries to surface information.

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

     

    • Support and extract data from SAP’s tools.  Develop plans to capture data from relevant sources.  Check accuracy related to data (e.g. headcount/utilization/ # of workplaces, etc) to assist with creation of real estate business cases
    • Prepare and review reports consisting of facility metrics and office headcount.  Some operational budget expense work may be required
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and provide relevant information and deliverables in a timely manner
    • Support managing a pipeline of real estate critical dates to stay ahead of time sensitive deadlines
    • Build relationship to get cooperation and action from people who have required information
  • Qualifications

    EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

     

    • Current university student that meets SAP intern requirements
    • Minimum 20 hours per week required  
    • Candidate needs to work in GMT-5 time (EST USA) to align with scheduled calls, etc.
