    CONTRACT DURATION: 6 MONTHS

    CONTRACT HOURS: 40 HOURS PER WEEK

    ANTICIPATED START DATE: JUNE 2021

    OFFICE LOCATION: NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA

     

    PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

    The ECS Customer Office intern role is to support the daily activities of the ECS Customer Office Americas as well as some critical projects.

    The ECS Customer Office Intern will gain significant knowledge of the IaaS technology as well as customer success experience.

    EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

     

    • Participating in Service audit request
    • Assisting with executive updates
    • Assisting with the critical customer judgement call meeting
    • Weekend golive planning
    • Participating in continuous improvement projects

    SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

     

    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal 
    • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
    • Detail oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills
    • “Can Do” attitude and team player  
    • Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills 
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision 
    • Passion for technology and the use of technology to improve business processes and insight 
    • Ability to think beyond defined tasks to identify and implement process and tool optimization ideas

     

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    Must be working towards obtaining a college-credited degree or a recent college graduate in Computer Science or Information System Management.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Previous internship is a plus.
