EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

As a working student, we expect you to support the team in:

Creating training content for online and classroom deliveries:

• Create PowerPoint slides for training delivery
• Design and record UI demonstrations
• Design instructional material
• Prepare and record audio scripts
• Video editing and postproduction
• Follow the content creation and course release guidelines
• Use JIRA to provide updates and  fix issues assigned to you

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Ability to understand a cloud product and create easy to understand explanatory content about its features.
• Excellent English is a must
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as a member of a dynamic, geographically dispersed team
• Willingness to learn and work with different tools for such as: video editing or team collaboration tools (e.g. Camtasia, Confluence Wiki, Slack).
• Attention to detail

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Studying or degree in Computer Science, Multimedia, Business or another related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS   

• Hands on experience with content creation, using industry standard tools such as Camtasia, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word.  
• Track record in designing and building educational material for industry professionals is a plus
