PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
The SAP GSO Business Growth Initiatives team focuses on enabling SAP's growth strategy and agenda to deliver successful field execution. We support the GCO GTM planning and execution, Tier 1 & Tier 2 Solution launches, Field integration of new acquisitions, internal Field launches, Sales communications, Sales Incentives and Franchise for Success. Leveraging standardized E2E launch and GTM processes we deliver consistency and adoption of best practices and ensure the successful field launch and execution of new solutions, newly acquired assets and strategic growth priorities.
The Field Communication Intern will support the GSO Business Growth Initiatives Team in the definition, development, and ongoing execution of a field engagement framework, knowledge exchange model, and communication strategies. This individual will work with subject matter experts, content owners, and GSO stakeholders around the world to define communication objectives, core messages and intended audiences for business-critical sales and operations initiatives. They will also contribute to field engagement efforts, using digital, social, and multimedia communications methods, to increase consumption and ongoing adoption of priority policies, strategic initiatives, and GTM guidance.
