PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, identifying, categorizing, and communicating with the SAP Preferred Success team. This resource will report to the Global Business Operations Director of SAP Preferred Success. This role is highly visible, and accountability is required for assured success.  Candidates with desire to become part of the SAP Global Business Operations team will want to consider this position seriously.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Responsible for staffing experts for delivery to customers
• Maintain relevant customer information which allows the team to analyze the current support level situation through relationships and marketing attributes
• Cross team collaboration to support introduction of customers who subscribe to SAP Preferred Success
• Editing and producing quality communications materials for internal audiences such as organizational announcements
• Provide support to the Customer Success Manager delivery organization on operational tasks 
• Execute tasks related to simplification of business processes through efficiency reporting and analysis 
• Drive operational excellence across the organization

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or IT-related discipline
