    OVERVIEW

    The SAP Global Cloud Services Organization's (GCS) mission to support SAP strategy by delivering world-class services for cloud infrastructure, lifecycle management, and cloud operations to SAP Lines of Business and external customers. Our vision is to be the trusted advisor for our customers. The experience economy is expanding our focus as an organization beyond operational and financial metrics to include the beliefs, emotions, and expectations of our customers, employees, suppliers, partners, and SAP Lines of Business. The GCS Cloud Experience Management team is exploring the ability to interpret and analyze large amounts of experience data in relationship to the rich sets of operational data of our business so that can draw meaningful conclusions that further shape the GCS customer, product, employee and even brand experience.  Reporting directly to the Senior Director of GCS Strategy and Organization Development of Global Cloud Services, this internship will play a meaningful contribution to advancing experience management capabilities within GCS.

     

    EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

    You will support as an intern the GCS Cloud Experience Team’s mission to improve customer and employee experience:

    • Learn and understand SAP’s experience management capabilities 
    • Make recommendations how SAP’s experience management capabilities can help improve GCS customer and employee experience
    • Create a dashboard for employee engagement to support decision-making
    • Map all relevant experience management stakeholders within SAP that are critical to engage for GCS
    • Work with the Engagement Executives to advance ideas of applying experience management capabilities to improve the customer experience of one pilot Line of Business

     

     

    SKILL AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Registered graduate student in computer science, business informatics or related field
    • Structured work behavior and analytical thinking
    • Strong organizational skills
    • The ability to work independently and produce high quality deliverables
    • Good to have knowledge about: SAP’s core products
    • Technical skills: data visualization, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word 
    • Basic knowledge of REST API, http service calls or SAP CPI middleware
    • Experience in management consulting and/or process management
    • Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
