  • Responsibilities

    Support the Global Customer Operations (GCO) Franchise team – Demand Management CoE in providing the right support to the team to drive successful adoption of Franchise practices with the field. Work with Global and Regional Franchise team members to support and or drive relevant activities and provide key support to help ensure Franchise adoption and consumption.    

    EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

    Main responsibilities include:

    • Support Demand Management CoE in the level 3/level 4 PHM ticket requests, qualification, resolution
    • Provide ongoing status of ticket resolution and root causes relative to key tools within Demand Management
    • Interact with Intelligent Data and Analytics and Field for prompt qualification and issue resolution
    • Help streamline, simplify and update Demand Management assets and align with rest of the Franchise
    • Assist in the production of communications
    • Support design and creation of JAM sites (web pages)
    • Support the creation and or update of e-learnings and virtual learning assets
    • Support the GCO Franchise Project Management team in creating Franchise related assets
  • Qualifications

    SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

    • Creative and innovative thinking
    • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
    • Persistent, diligent, self-starter, with attention to detail
    • JAM (web page) experience a plus
    • Project management experience a plus

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Requires candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program
