Office Location: Bellevue / Remote work in the US THE OPPORTUNITY SAP Global Security Intern will be a member of our Platform and Service Management team. The role will focus on integration, monitoring, reporting, and automation efforts as we look to build a more complete understanding and view of the applications and systems we own and use. Understanding and improving on existing processes and how we build and connect our systems will be key. 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS 

As the SAP Global Physical Security, Data, and Integrations Engineer, you will:

• Emphasis on integration and reporting - help build out and support integration efforts, monitoring, reporting, data collection, and automation efforts within the GPS applications 
• Support the GPS teams in their efforts to support, modernize, and implement relevant applications, processes, and operational metrics
• Create, design, and record collateral such as a whitepaper, presentations, documentation, training, webinars, audio and video recordings.
• Perform gap analysis and find opportunities for optimization and improvement in GPS processes
• Contribute to creating product security documentation and guidelines

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Ideally be a current student or recent graduate of an accredited university with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant STEM field including Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant degrees. 
• Have a passion for security, systems.
• Must be able to work as a team player yet can work independently.
• Have an analytical, results-driven, and solution-oriented approach.
• Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation, and listening.
• Should be a Go-To person
