PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

The SAP SuccessFactors Sales Content team supports our global sales teams with the assets and resources that they need to deliver our message most powerfully and most effectively message to their prospects and customers. Our team is seeking two creative interns to assist us with this mission. The interns will support the team with both ideas and execution for designing, updating and delivering selling assets and communications in more creative and digital ways.  

EXPECTATION AND TASKS

• Review existing core selling assets and communications (primarily powerpoint, infographics and communications) and recommend and deliver on ideas to enhance both graphically and digitally (enhanced visuals, more infographics, video, etc.)
• Collaborate with the Sales Content team to develop and deliver on a creative/digital strategy for new selling assets and communications
• Own collection and curation of content for some selling assets and/or resources as identified by the team
• Assess various tools for digital content delivery that are available within SAP and work with Sales Content team to incorporate these into Sales Content development processes and/or Sales Kits for reps

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Adobe applications such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop is required; proficiency in Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint is a plus
• Previous business/sales experience and/or knowledge of the cloud software industry is a plus, but not required
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment
• Excellent organization skills and demonstrated attention to detail

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Business minded individual who is currently pursuing an Marketing and/or Arts degree with an emphasis on Graphic Design
