PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The graphics intern will assist the GB People Performance & Digital Sales Innovation Team, in all aspects of design, with the goal of creating and reinforcing one consistent brand, designing beautiful presentations and developing creative assets for our team.

EXPECTATION AND TASKS

   Activities include:

• Creating and beautifying PowerPoint presentations
• Adopting brand and design elements (created by agency); apply to all digital assets
• Suggesting and developing design concepts for broader team
• Ensuring design consistency throughout all materials
• Creating videos and/or images for videos
• Working with team to develop imagery for video

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS 

• Current student at a university or university graduate – preferred fields of study: Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, related fields
• Qualifications:   Requires candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate, Masters, MBA or PhD degree program which is applicable to the position.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Design skills: Graphic Design Skill
• Video skills (preferred): Video Editing/Producing Skill
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
• Soft skills: Organized, detailed driven, responsive and able to multi-task in a timely manner, strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate, strong work ethic and positive attitude
