Purpose is to help drive the team org transformation to best align with market realities for SF and our global GTM strategies. This will include a clear picture of who we are today, what we currently deliver mapped to what the market opportunities are and our regional GTM strategies, delivering a gap analysis and a plan forward. In close collaboration with the regional leads for NA, EMEA/MEE, and APJ he or she will support the process to rebuild our vision and mission. This operational role will also be responsible to support program operations, enabling the effective partnership between SAP employees and our customers. This role will also be responsible for supporting metrics and measures aligned to our global KPI’s.

• Student at university or university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Management, Sales, Human Resources
• Computer skills: PowerPoint (expert), Excel (expert), Outlook (expert)
• Language skills: English (fluent)
• Hands on self-starter, must act independently without waiting for instruction; Should not require daily oversight of work
• Immensely flexible and can work with ambiguity – if you need things spelled out in a perfect detailed package, this is not going to be a good fit
• Demonstrates strong quantitative and analytical background
• Can operate well on a virtual and global team across multiple time zones
• Takes direct accountability and end-to-end ownership for work and results
• Has a customer-first attitude
• Detail oriented and ability to juggle multiple projects / programs successfully
• Proactive and co-operative nature with a positive approach to overcoming and solving problems
• Ability to work in highly complex structures and environments with multiple stakeholders
• Passion for executing flawlessly
