PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
The HR Business Partner organization serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders across a vast landscape of topics including: Operational Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Performance and Talent Management, Employee Development & Career Coaching, and Employee Relations.
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) internship provides current students with the opportunity to consult our HRBPs and line managers on the above-mentioned HR disciplines. Selected candidates will also have the unique opportunity to learn our internal Human Resources systems (SuccessFactors) and processes to support to the HRBPs on day-to-day operations.
The objective of the SAP internship program is to develop new HR talent, who are well versed in all areas of HR and can move into an HR advisor (or similar entry level role) as a next career path within SAP.
