OFFICE LOCATION: NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA

PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION The purpose of the IT EBC Intern (Executive Briefing Center) position is to provide customer facing local IT support and coverage alongside the EBC Team in the SAP NSQ Executive Briefing Center.  The intern will cover the normal workday support during colleague vacations, lunch breaks and whenever needed.  

EXPECTATIONS & TASKS The expectations and tasks for the EBC Intern are:

• Assist and support the EBC Team in all EBC meetings throughout the work day
• Ensure that the meeting rooms and related AV equipment is prepped and operational prior to the start of the meeting
• Ensure network in the area is working.  Both wired and wireless
• Troubleshoot technical problems when encountered
• Perform special AV projects when assigned. (for example, clean up, disposal, cable maintenance, etc.)
• Work with the Client Services Field Team on campus tasks during EBC downtime

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• Excellent Audio / Visual technical talents
• Strong PC and/or MacBook abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Current student or a recent graduate of an Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's degree related to the position
