    PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

    SAP is a leader in business applications with most of the world’s biggest and best companies running our software. SAP products are used around the world to bill, buy, hire, inform decisions, and execute on them.

     

    EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

     

    • You will be part of an international cross-functional team consisting of IT support engineers and management. The IT Operations team is a technology support team responsible for supporting various applications that support developers, testers, product owners, and the entire IT organization in their daily work
    • You will be part of a global team that supports Microsoft Office 365 Client Core applications
    • Support MS Teams & Skype meeting functionalities. Support sign-in and activation issues. Check to license, Support client issues like installation, configuration and updates. Support Office Add-in for the Office core apps and Teams client. Support Migrations & Acquisitions for Office Client Core.
    • Update communities and Support documentation, Gather logs and troubleshoot, Educate users on the best practices.
  • Qualifications

    RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Preferred field of study: Computer Science or Engineering
    • Knowledge of Microsoft End User products like MS office suite
    • Fluent and clear English. Written and spoken, Strong customer focus, Should have a flair for technical support
    • Willing to work in altered timings to suit the Operational requirements. Able to work independently and autonomously, in teams and across teams
    • Willingness to learn new skills and technologies, Analytic and solution-oriented thinking, Knowledge of troubleshooting
    • Team player, sociable and communicative Looking to grow knowledge by taking on and learning new cutting-edge technologies
    • Previous work experience in the area of application support and troubleshooting is beneficial
