PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

The purpose of this position is to manage Concur’s asset ordering system and processes within SAP’s asset database, the Ariba cataloged ordering database system, and the Service Now ticketing system used for requests from end users.  They will be working closely with IT client services consultants, DTMS staff, and the IT finance controller team.

EXPECTATION AND TASKS

• Manage requests via Service Now ticketing system.
• Ordering the equipment via the Ariba purchasing and procurement system.
• Following through to providing the end user/requester with information on how and when to acquire said equipment. 
• Manage asset tracking via SAP’s ISP system.
