• Assist the team in driving key projects and deliverables

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Coordinate team deliverables and cross team collaboration
• Support various Programs by taking over responsibility for reporting, documentation, and accomplishments
• Attend meetings, create meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Assist with team operations and management topics
• Management of Website page content (internal, informational website)
• Ensure proper use of methodologies, tools, and procedures

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Organized, detail oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of an Agile/SCRUM software development methodology, JIRA experience a plus
• Very good experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
• Highly motivated, readily adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Intercultural sensitivity
• Open mindset, the passion to work with people, and a positive can-do-attitude
