PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

IT Services provides efficient IT solutions, technology and operational support to our many Lines of Businesses (LoBs) with a strong focus on user-centricity. Supporting more than 98,000 employees and thousands of SAP systems, IT Services is delivering business applications be it classical SAP or new SaaS solutions, mobile apps, web & HANA Cloud Platform-based applications, as well as workplace technology services covering hardware, client software and unified communications solutions. IT Services is enabling SAP to become a Digital Enterprise with happy end users.

• Get to know the area of technical consulting as well as the Business Application Services areas

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Support several Programs and Projects by conducting requirements gathering, prototyping, and testing of new processes
• Enhance existing functionalities by identifying critical pain points and proposing solutions
• Contribute to a key stable team within an Agile framework
• Assist in creating and updating cutover planning
• Conduct systems analysis and propose improvements to both current and new software capabilities

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Experience with software programming languages such as C+, SQL, JAVA, HTML, etc.
• Past SAP technical / ABAP experience a plus
• Understanding of an Agile/SCRUM software development methodology
• Very good experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Organized, detail oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience or interest in data analytics
• Highly motivated, readily adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Intercultural sensitivity
• Open mindset, the passion to work with people, and a positive can-do-attitude
