    PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

    The North America Innovation Office has launched an initiative to help our customers succeed on their journeys to become Intelligent Enterprises.  This effort involves:

    • Research into what our customers need and what our competitors and partners are doing
    • Definition of a new full-lifecycle engagement model
    • Definition and execution of targeting, qualification and tracking processes for these engagements
    • Evaluation of organizational options, impact on people and how to engage our employees in adopting change
    • Identification of content needs and definition and execution of an appropriate action plan
    • Analysis of success, both overall and on an engagement by engagement basis

    Success requires a high degree of collaboration with a variety of organizations and individuals.

    EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

    • Support content requirement identification, planning and creation
    • Support identification of a knowledge management process, content tagging, and content organization
    • Create communication materials for all manner of knowledge management activities
    • Support the analysis of current needs and best practices
    • Support the definition of required internal and customer facing processes
    • Facilitate engagement with organizations within the Innovation Office as well as across the broader North American and Global SAP organizations
    • Be willing and eager to learn and or deepen skills relative to SAP systems and other systems as needed

    SKILLS / COMPETENCIES AND EDUCATION

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Innovation mindset and creative thinking
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Aptitude to learn SAP and other software, as needed
    • Basic project management skills, e.g. setting up and managing project plans
    • ALSO A PLUS:
      • Familiarity with SAP systems, processes and organization
      • Familiarity with documentation & communication approaches beyond PowerPoint
      • Ability to manipulate, analyze, interpret and draw conclusions from data (e.g. structured data from a database)
      • Familiarity with knowledge management tools and techniques
  • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Position requires candidates to currently be enrolled in an Undergraduate, Masters or MBA degree program which is applicable to the position
