PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

The Talent & Leadership Build/Execute team designs, develops and delivers scalable and foundational learning and development experiences for all SAP talent groups.
The main objective of the internship opportunity is to support the instructional design team with the design and development of our global educational programs for our 88,000+ employees. The activities include, but are not limited to, direct assistance with the instructional design team for multiple projects including face-to-face, blended, online; self-learning, peer-to-peer, group; conducting quality assurance reviews on learning materials, setting up virtual educational events, and submitting requests for learning items in the Learning Management System (LMS).
The intern will learn about all aspects of the instructional design process including the tools and methods used to create learning programs. This includes hands-on experience with analyzing, designing, and developing learning projects. The experience gained through this assignment will allow the intern to learn about emerging learning trends and technology and provide opportunities to practice these skills through on-the-job projects.
