    EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

    The global SAP SuccessFactors Enablement team is focused on delivering an end to end enablement experience for onboarding, continuous enablement and SAP SF leadership for internal and partner roles.  This team accelerates individual performance through analytics and insights and provides a programmatic structure to ensure cross functional alignment on key strategic initiatives.  The team is on the cutting edge of enabling the field on how to be successful.  Our global nimble team are focused on developing microlearning to the field.  Video and podcast creation is a key activity for this role.

    The intern working in the global SAP SuccessFactors Enablement team will work independently on identified initiatives supporting our strategy. Explicit projects will include participation in strategic enablement programs, social media marketing, support of live and virtual workshops, graphic design and preparation of reports for senior leadership.

  • Qualifications

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

    • Software skills: MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint And Adobe products – Adobe Creative suite, Audacity, Camtasia
    • Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver to demonstrate graphic design and HTML capabilities
    • Conversational familiarity with software industry norms and practices
    • Independent, flexible, emotional intelligence with adaptive/proactive work style
    • Language skills: excellent English mandatory
    • Soft skills: Written and verbal communication skills, intercultural communication familiarity
    • Flexibility to accommodate global time zones on occasion
    • Authorized to work in the United States
    • Social media marketing with a social selling presence
    • Strong graphics and design exposureYour application should include an updated resume highlighting academic degrees, relevant work experience with former employer (including internships), and familiarity with software applications specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe products and Social Media/Graphic design, – Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver to demonstrate graphic design and HTML capabilities
