PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

The Intelligent Enterprise Solutions (IES) Engagement team coordinates with customers, market units, and product teams to drive innovation focused on business outcomes that are comprised of enabling technologies, guided outcomes, and end-to-end cross line-of-business solutions.

EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

• Assist the IES team in educating Account Executives on how to implement and maximize Intelligent Enterprise Solutions
• Aid in the development and application of global enablement programs based on the diverse regional requirements, number of resources involved, and target-learner audience needs. 
• Develop, maintain, and improve the IES Enablement Progress File – a document that summarizes all projects outlining expected impact and results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop enablement processes, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables
• Prepare ‘results summary’ presentations for executive review and reporting  
• Monitor projects for delayed milestones: escalate and follow-up
• Become an expert on assets available across all LoBs to quickly secure material needed and support enablement requirements
• Mine Social Media Platform (JAM) for content and ensure latest resources are available, intuitive, and understandable
• Work across LoBs and other global enablement organizations to maintain updated content and ensure alignment and synergy across SAP
• Become an expert on enablement assets across multiple platforms

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be graduating from an undergraduate or graduate program and available to work 40 hours per week – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications

• Comfortable and effective at uniting cross-functional teams to build strong, trusted relationships with global stakeholders
• Agile thinker who brainstorms outside of the box to develop alternatives that best support IES enablement efforts
• High tolerance and evolved ability to manage ambiguous situations

• Flexible to accommodate global time zones on occasion
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet key business deliverables
