    POSITION TITLE: SAP Intelligent Spend Management Communications Intern

    LOCATION:  Virtual, Newtown Square, Montreal

    WORKING HOURS: Part time (20 hours/week)

    EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: ASAP (6 Months – 1 Year from date of Hire)

    ABOUT THE SAP TRADITIONAL INTERNSHIP

    SAP Intelligent Spend Management Communications Internship is a part-time paid internship program that provides university students with the opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

    ABOUT THE TEAM:

    Our team is dedicated to helping customers buy and sell goods and services efficiently, strategically and cost-effectively. This role reports to the Chief of Staff for the Global SVP of Sales. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

    Work with a virtual team of professionals. Assume primary responsibility for all internal communications relating to the Office of Global Sales. This includes:

    • Researching the interviewees to prepare the interview questions
    • Editing video material including graphical elements using SAP Pictograms
    • Writing the Descriptive Overview release email for internal employees
    • Working with marketing teams to publish content on YouTube and activating other social media content
    • Creating and editing PowerPoint Presentations
    • Overall video production
    • Authoring internal newsletters and communications

    WHO YOU ARE:

    We are looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. The ideal candidate will enjoy working on meaningful projects and is energized by lifelong learning. We are seeking an undergraduate student (rising senior or graduating senior), or a student pursuing his/her Master’s degree in the following disciplines:

    • Business
    • Marketing
    • Social Media
    • Communications

    YOU POSSESS:

    • Adobe or any other video editing software experience/expertise
    • Excellent PowerPoint skills
    • Friendly and collaborative style of interacting
    • Analytical skills-using data to draw conclusions
    • Detail-oriented nature
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication skills including:
      • Written composition and summarization skills
      • Strong organizational skills
      • Native English speaker
    • Ability to travel (10%)
