    PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

    The SAP CX Education Department builds and delivers technical and functional trainings and enablement for solutions within the SAP Hybris brand of products (Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Service, and Billing). We are a global team of 35 located in Munich, London, Madrid, Montreal, Chicago, Sao Paolo, Beijing and Hong Kong.

    EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

    As a working student, we expect you to support the team in: 

    • Creating training content for online and classroom deliveries:
      • Create PowerPoint slides for training delivery
      • Design and record UI demonstrations 
      • Design instructional material
      • Prepare and record audio scripts
      • Video editing and postproduction
    • Follow the content creation and course release guidelines
  • Qualifications

    EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Excellent English speaking and written skills is a must 
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as a member of a dynamic, dispersed team
    • Willingness to learn and work with different tools for such as: video editing or team collaboration tools (e.g. Camtasia, Confluence Wiki, Slack)
    • Attention to details

    PREFERRED SKILLS

    • Studying or degree in Computer Science, Multimedia, Business or another related field 
    • Experience in content creation – video/blog/e-learning

     

    WORK EXPERIENCE

    • Hands on experience with content creation, using industry standard tools such as Camtasia, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word
    • Track record in designing and building educational material for industry professionals is a plus
