Purpose and Objectives

• Learning team is looking for a Learning & Development Consultant to support the education operation process. Support and execution of processes.

• Accountability: Delivery of assigned tasks, accomplishing more straightforward tasks without assistance, provides administrative of technical support.

• Working with learning existing structure and across cross-function teams, the role will have the end-to-end responsibility for all aspects of learning and development projects

Education & Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in Learning and Development/ or facilitation of adult learning in a technical/engineering environment.
• Customer service and/or administrative experience is an advantage
• Currently enrolled in a university pursuing either a Bachelors, Masters, PhD

• Strong program management and organizational skills including planning work, priority setting, managing details, mitigating risks, keeping multiple tasks and projects on track
• Collaboration skills and proven ability to work across all levels of the organization
• Ability to work with external partners and vendors as necessary
• Flexibility to work at varying times of the day to suit stakeholders in various time zones of a global company
• Excellent customer service attitude
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Ability to keep up with fast changing environment
