  • Responsibilities

    PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE

    To support and drive enhancements to the SAP Onboarding experience

     

    EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

    • Support the US Onboarding program onsite and virtually
    • Complete data analysis and make recommendations to improve the Onboarding program
    • Support local and global projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the Onboarding experience
    • Support I-9 Compliance
  • Qualifications

    EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    • Bachelor’s degree, HR related a plus
    • Prior experience in a global organization is a plus 
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work with confidential information 
    • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, self-driven attitude
    • Ability to collaborate effectively using multiple channels
    • Customer oriented
    • A real team player with initiative and 'can do' attitude
    • Commitment to ongoing HR Learning
    • Strategic critical thinking skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently on projects with guidance
    • Strong qualitative data analysis skills
    • Comfortable summarizing tasks on an executive level

     

    INTERNSHIP DURATION: 6 months (may be extended to 12 months max), 40hrs/week; Must be available in the office on Mondays between 8:30am – 2pm PT
