CONTRACT DURATION: 6 TO 12 MONTHS

CONTRACT HOURS: 40 HOURS PER WEEK

OFFICE LOCATION: NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA

PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

We have a weekly video blog and content creation requirements for internal and external purposes to support the functional specialist team within Intelligent Adoption and Consumption organization.  This intern would help to build edit and publish content for the team as well as support reporting tasks.

EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

• Record, edit and publish media content for the preferred Success teams
• Assist in curating and reviewing the team’s published content in Customer Online Communities
• Assist with reporting and central inbox duties for the team

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or master’s student

• Knowledge of Apple computers, Adobe Premiere, iMovie and other audio video editing tools
• Strong social media presence
• Strong communication skill especially on camera
• Experience with techniques for driving content views and engagement
• Presentation and White paper creation
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Understanding of Business Fundamentals
• Analytical and report creation skills are a plus
