The Global Mission Control Center (MCC) Cloud is a key part of SAP Digital Business Services (DBS). MCC Cloud is an important contributor to safeguard SSRS/Cloud retention, adoption and renewals by providing a superior customer delivery experience and feedback mechanism into the wider Cloud Communities.

This internship will focus on providing management support and helping the regional MCC Cloud team with day-to-day activities. The candidate will engage with various internal teams to support analysis and resolution of customer issues; you will support the implementation and rollout of new processes and help to improve operational excellence. Candidates will gain knowledge of several of SAP’s cloud products, customer support processes and will be able to interact with customers.

EXPECTATION AND TASKS

• Support customer engagements during preparation, execution and reporting phases
• Assist team with administrative tasks, such as e.g. scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and capturing meeting minutes
• Support data quality improvements through data analysis and providing data extracts and reports
• Support implementation and rollout of organizational processes
• Support maintenance of customer engagements in the internal Customer Relationship System
• Provide management support for ad-hoc requests
• Support technical analysis by reproducing issues and identifying possible root causes

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program which is applicable to this position
